What areas do you deliver to?
We offer our counter hire service across the UK mainland. Our standard pricing includes delivery within a reasonable distance; we will provide a tailored quote for specific venues and events.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred counter and dates, especially during peak exhibition seasons. A minimum of 2-3 weeks’ notice is advisable.
What is included in the hire price?
The hire price covers the rental of the counter itself for the duration of your event. It does not include delivery, collection, or any custom options like specific colours or branding. These will be quoted separately.
Are the counters easy to assemble on-site?
Yes, all our counters are designed for quick and simple setup. They are delivered as pre-assembled units, so you only need to place them in position on your stand.
Can I get a counter in a different colour?
Absolutely. While our standard finish is a hardwearing white spray paint, we offer a wide range of other colours at an additional cost. Please enquire for details.
Do you offer custom branding or graphics?
Yes, we can apply your custom branding, logos, or graphics to the counter. This is a popular service offered at an additional cost. Discuss your needs in your enquiry.
What if I need a completely bespoke counter design?
Bespoke design is our speciality! If our standard range doesn’t meet your needs, we can design and build a counter to your exact specifications. Select “Bespoke Design” in the enquiry form to start the conversation.
How does delivery and collection work?
We will deliver the counter to your stand at the venue on your move-in day and collect it after the event on your breakdown day. Our team will coordinate the timings with you in advance.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the delivery of the counter. Full terms will be provided with your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the notice given before the event. The specific terms will be outlined in our hire agreement.
